Reservation & Payment
- Please complete the inquiry form and e-mail to us.
- If the rooms are available, we will send you estimates. Then, if you request to book, we will send you the necessary documents by e-mail.
- We will charge you an application fee as the first payment. We require 50% of the total rent as a booking deposit at the time of booking and the balance should be paid 30 days before arrival. The required amount should be paid by the due date on the invoice in order to secure your booking.
- If your booking is less than a month from your check in, we will charge you 100% of the whole rent.
- When we confirm your payment, we will send you the confirmation sheet and inform you of the apartment details. The address of the apartment is not released until you book.
- Payments should be made by accepted credit cards (VISA or MasterCard). Room charges include gas, water, and electricity.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations or changes
* 60 days or more prior to arrival - Refundable minus a JPY 2,000 Cancellation Fee,
* 30 days to 59 days prior to arrival - Forfeits 50% of the entire rental fee,
* Less than 30 days prior to arrival - No refund.
If the property becomes unavailable anytime during the rental period for any reasons, the Lessee agrees hereby to limit all claims against Owner to the amount of the deposit paid.
