Lease Agreement and Vacation Rental
We just renovated the room. This apartment has a bedroom, living room and dining kitchen. This is best-suited for couples,friends or families and can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The living room is furnished with a new big sofa , new table and new TV. The new kitchen and dining space have a new dining table, refrigerator, microwave, new gas stoves and cookware. And all other necessities are provided, such as washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
There is a Wi-Fi and all the rooms are air-conditioned. New Toilet and shower are separated.
The apartment is only a 3 minute walk from JR Nishi-Ogikubo station. A 24/7 supermarket is nearby.
