The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform their estimated arrival time in advance. There is a special check-in instruction for our property. We will email the guests about the check-in instruction 2 weeks before the arrival, please follow the guidelines to ensure a smooth check-in.

This apartment has a bedroom and kitchen. This is best-suited for solo travelers or couples. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV, table and sofa. The kitchen has a counter table, refrigerator, microwave, gas stoves and cookware. And all other necessities are provided, such as washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
There is a Wi-Fi and all the rooms are air-conditioned. Toilet and shower are separated.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Nakano, just a 5 minute walk from JR Nakano station.

30 days to 59 days prior to arrival - Forfeits 50% of the entire rental fee,
